All-in-one workspace for notes, docs, projects, and wikis — with AI built in for writing, summarizing, and organizing.
Notion is an all-in-one workspace that combines notes, documents, project management, wikis, and databases into a single platform. Teams and individuals use it to write, plan, organize, and collaborate in real time. Notion AI is built directly into the editor — summarize meeting notes, draft content, translate text, and extract action items without leaving the page.
Databases let you view the same data as tables, kanban boards, calendars, timelines, or galleries. With thousands of community templates, deep integrations (Slack, GitHub, Figma, Google Drive), and a powerful API, Notion adapts to virtually any workflow. Free for personal use with paid plans for teams.

Common questions about Notion
Notion says offline mode now automatically downloads up to 1,000 recent and favorite pages on paid plans.
Automatic downloads were already available on Plus, Business, and Enterprise. They work in the desktop and mobile apps, not in a browser, and downloading a page doesn't include its subpages. You can review what's stored on your device or turn automatic downloads off in Settings, then Offline.
Notion's Last edited by label can now name the agent, MCP client, or automation that made a change, alongside edits made by teammates.
Notion Agent can now use a computer inside Notion to create and edit Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, PowerPoint decks and PDFs.
The Agent reads files and runs simple code in a secure workspace, then returns a downloadable file.

Notion's AI Meeting Notes extension for Google Meet now labels individual speakers in group calls. Previously, transcripts separated you from everyone else.
Only the person transcribing needs the add-on. It works on a computer in Chrome 127 or later, not on phones or with other meeting tools. It posts a chat message when transcription starts and shows a recording indicator when your camera is on. Overlapping speech or audio from outside the call can still leave lines unnamed.…
Notion has an AI Meeting Notes widget for iOS and Android. Add it to your phone's home screen to start transcribing a meeting in two taps.
Notion Agents now have their own computer and browser, a "Review for me" mode with safety checks, and support for tasks lasting up to 24 hours.
The upgraded Auto router chooses models by task. Across 20+ common tasks, Notion says it matched results similar to Opus 5.5 and Astra at about 90% lower average cost.
You can connect a ChatGPT Plus, Pro or Go subscription to a personal Notion Agent. Bring Your Own Key is in private alpha for Enterprise.…
Notion's markdown API and notion-update-page MCP tool now apply matching updatecontent edits even when other edits miss. Each missed edit gets a warning: nomatch if the text isn't found, or indentationmismatch if it appears with different indentation.
This works in both markdown versions. The request fails only when no content-changing edit matches. Previously, REST silently skipped misses, while MCP failed the whole call.…
Comment-only Notion connections can now look up their own bot ID through Retrieve your token's bot user, GET /v1/users/me. These requests previously returned a 403 restrictedresource error.
User information capabilities alone don't grant access to the endpoint. They control which owner details appear in the response; including the owner's email requires user information with email addresses.

Notion MCP's new notion-list-page-backlinks tool finds pages in the same workspace that link to or mention a page or database. It returns page IDs, titles and URLs, and only includes pages you have permission to open.

Notion MCP's new notion-get-groups tool lists the permission groups you can see, with their IDs and names. Assistants can use it to resolve group IDs in People properties to names, or find a group by name before setting it in a People property.
