MonoDesk is a browser-based workspace for freelance creatives, small studios and creative agencies, made by Envato, the company behind Envato Elements and ThemeForest. It keeps a client job in one place, from the first lead to the final invoice, so you don't have to juggle a task board, a spreadsheet, a separate invoicing tool and email threads. You can draft a branded proposal from an email, brief, call transcript or voice note, see when the client opens it, and let them sign online.
An accepted proposal turns into a project, with its milestones, tasks and scope carried over. From there you plan the week, track time and bill from 20 invoice templates, with deposits, tax, part-payments and 12 currencies built in. Clients get a branded portal link with no account or password.
They can follow the project timeline, see what's waiting on them and approve deliverables. The AI Co-Worker works on your own clients, projects and tasks to plan your day, start invoices and proposals, draft client updates and rebuild a day of time entries, and nothing goes to a client without your approval. MonoDesk opened as a free public beta on March 3, 2026, and Envato introduced it to its audience on October 22, 2026.
Pricing: Free during beta. Accounts created now get every feature free until December 31, 2026. Planned prices after that: Free ($0, 1 seat, up to 3 clients), Core ($19/month, 1 seat) and Pro ($29/month, 2 seats, then $10 per extra seat). MonoDesk says the prices may change.
