Comment-only connections can retrieve their own bot user

Comment-only Notion connections can now look up their own bot ID through Retrieve your token's bot user, GET /v1/users/me. These requests previously returned a 403 restricted_resource error.

User information capabilities alone don't grant access to the endpoint. They control which owner details appear in the response; including the owner's email requires user information with email addresses.
