Notion Google Meet extension labels every speaker

Notion's AI Meeting Notes extension for Google Meet now labels individual speakers in group calls. Previously, transcripts separated you from everyone else.

Only the person transcribing needs the add-on. It works on a computer in Chrome 127 or later, not on phones or with other meeting tools. It posts a chat message when transcription starts and shows a recording indicator when your camera is on. Overlapping speech or audio from outside the call can still leave lines unnamed.

AI Meeting Notes requires Business, Enterprise or an eligible mobile subscription with Notion AI.
