X's Creators account says both you and the original author earn from Original Content Rewards through the feature.

X is rolling out free credit incentives for pay-per-use API accounts: a one-time $20 for saving your first eligible payment card, and a one-time match of your first successful auto-recharge, up to $50.

A new account that earns both receives $70 in free credits. They're applied automatically, appear in the Developer Console within about a minute, and are spent before purchased credits. They expire 3 months after they're granted.

X has rewritten its real-time reply moderation guide around Grok, replacing the previous approach using the deprecated Perspective API and the Account Activity API.

The guide receives replies through the X Activity API's post.reply.create event, classifies them with Grok through the xAI API using structured outputs, and hides high-confidence violations with the Hide Replies endpoint.

The X Activity API now sends broadcast.chat.remove events when a host or moderator removes a broadcast chat message.

Subscribe by User ID with the broadcast.read scope to receive real-time notifications for broadcasts that user owns. Each payload includes the broadcastid and the removed message's messageid.

The X API now lets you move existing OAuth 1.0a users to OAuth 2.0 without asking them to authorize your app again.

Exchange each user's stored access token and secret at POST /2/oauth2/token using granttype=urn:ietf:params:oauth:grant-type:token-exchange. You'll get an OAuth 2.0 access token and refresh token.

X has documented its Lead Generation API for creating and managing native lead forms for Lead Gen campaigns.

You can create a form with an introduction, fields, a privacy policy and an optional thank-you page, then attach it to an ad card using the LEADFORM destination. Submitted leads can be exported as JSON, CSV or XLSX, filtered by form and time window.

The Leads API requires the Campaign user permission. Only account administrators can export leads.
