Real-time reply moderation guide now uses Grok

X has rewritten its real-time reply moderation guide around Grok, replacing the previous approach using the deprecated Perspective API and the Account Activity API.

The guide receives replies through the X Activity API's post.reply.create event, classifies them with Grok through the xAI API using structured outputs, and hides high-confidence violations with the Hide Replies endpoint.

It includes Python and Node.js webhook examples, advice on writing a moderation policy, and recommendations for keeping users in control of what's hidden.
