A lead counts when Get contact finds an email or a phone number. The same person again is free, and a miss does not count. On your site, the agent answers from your website, docs, and help center, says when those sources do not cover a question, and hands billing problems and requests for a person back to you in the same chat.

Setup for the agent is one script tag. An Intercom access token can import contacts and past conversations. The trial is seven days, with no card, 25 leads, and the support agent.

Paid plans are Solo $19, Starter $49, Growth $99, Scale $199, and Business $399 a month. Every plan includes the lead finder and the support agent. There are no per-seat or per-resolution fees.
