Envato introduces MonoDesk to handle creative business admin

Envato’s MonoDesk brings proposals, projects, client approvals and invoices into a browser workspace for freelance creatives and small studios. It’s been in free public beta since March.

You can turn a brief into a proposal, then turn an accepted proposal into a project with tasks and milestones. Clients can approve work through a portal without an account. An AI Co-Worker can draft proposals, invoices and client updates, but nothing goes to a client without your approval.

The beta offer gives accounts created now every feature free until December 31, 2026. MonoDesk works best on a laptop or desktop and has no native mobile app.
