Readers can ask about a character, clarify a plot point, or dig into a theme mid-book in the same voice narrating their audiobook, then drop straight back into listening. Users who adopted it show a 24% increase in average listening time, and completion rate climbs to 78% for users with 5 or more Voice Chat sessions. The agent knows where you are in the book, so it answers without spoilers.
