Bloub is a browser tool for making animated SVG avatars. The character is a single expressive blob with 14 states, each animated, so one avatar covers a full range of reactions. Controls cover expression, shape, colour, background, and zoom, with playback settings for animation cycles so you can preview a loop before taking it away.
Export as SVG to keep the animation and scale cleanly anywhere, or as PNG for a flat still. The interface is in French. It is free, runs entirely in the browser, and needs no account.
