What is VEED Subtitles API?
VEED Subtitles on fal is an API playground that wraps VEED's subtitle styling tech behind a fal-hosted endpoint. Send a video URL, pick a preset (glass, whisper, glide, fusion, terminal, handwritten, or 20+ basic styles), and get back an MP4 with burned-in captions — transcribed automatically in 100+ languages, or driven from a custom SRT for full control over timing. Safe-zone placement keeps captions clear of UI overlays for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, and resolutions go up to 4K.
Pricing is $0.10/min base, with 2x multipliers for >1080p and for dynamic styling (multipliers compound). Minimum charge 1 minute; max duration 2 hours at ≤1080p and 1 hour above.
