Open-source cold email and warmup. Draw a map area, find the businesses inside it, and send from the mailboxes you already own.

About Warmbly

Warmbly is an Apache-2.0 cold email and warmup platform at github.com. Warmbly Cloud warms mailboxes in a shared pool, sends campaigns, and collects replies in one inbox. A self-hosted instance has no Warmbly billing.

Its warmup only pairs the mailboxes on that instance. The lead finder searches a map for a kind of business, or a name, inside the area you draw or the map you can see. OpenStreetMap needs no key.

Google Places, Foursquare, and Outscraper use a key you connect, and those providers bill you. Reading a website for people and emails costs $0.02 at the default prices. A self-hosted instance without billing does not charge for the finder.

One action covers at most 5,000 leads. The docs list a 14-day trial with no card, two mailboxes, and 20 sends a day, once per owner. Paid plans are Starter at $29 a month or $23 billed yearly for 150 sends a day, Grow at $89 or $71 for 3,000, and Business at $329 or $263 for 15,000.

Enterprise is custom. Unlimited mailboxes on a paid plan follow a fair-use cap of one mailbox per daily send the plan includes.
