Designer HQ is a workspace for a design studio, shared with the team, clients, and connected agents. You set stages, client steps, and tasks once, then reuse that process. A step linked to the one before it goes out on its own.
A discovery workshop turns the client's answers into a strategy draft in Documents. Proposals, signed agreements, and invoices stay on the project. Each client gets a workspace for the projects, files, tasks, and approvals meant for them.
Moodboards keep pictures at their own shape, and a Chrome button saves a page into the board. A canvas sits beside those boards. The team can work on it at the same time, with each person's face on their cursor, and you can keep the canvas in the studio or share it.
Brand Hubs publish in Sidebar, Showcase, Portal, or Pill. Connect Claude or ChatGPT once through MCP and that agent can read the studio and handle admin, such as tasks and invoices, in the same workspace. Slack posts client moves into a channel.
Google Calendar shows calls and deadlines. Google Drive shows the client's folder in the project without copying the files. A file dropped in the client's folder can land in Dropbox.
The free plan is $0 for the first client, with no card, 1 GB of storage, and just you. A second client needs Core or Studio. Core is $49 for the first month, then $299 every 3 months.
Studio is $49 for the first month, then $529 every 3 months. Paid plans keep the price you start on. You can stop any time, and the site says nothing gets deleted.
