1of10

1of10 is a YouTube research and packaging tool at 1of10.com. The about page calls it a web app, with a Chrome extension at Chrome Extension that overlays outlier data while you browse YouTube. It was co-founded in 2023 by Richard Do (CEO) and Riad El Otmani (CTO).

The about page says the thumbnail, title, and idea tools are trained on 62 billion YouTube views across 300,000 videos and 52,000 channels, and that the title generator produces 20 title variations per prompt. The thumbnail generator can start from a title, a description, a reference image, or a sketch. Kyle du Randt's sketch guide, dated Sep 5, 2026, says you draw a rough layout on the built-in canvas or upload one, then add a short line that names the shapes, with the video title first.

A stick figure is enough, because the tool reads placement rather than the drawing. The guide's default is four variations. The complete guide, dated Aug 4, 2026, describes an editor with Magic Eraser, Magic Edit, Face Swap, text, crop, and a 4K upscale.

The usual download is 1280x720. Linking a channel is how the tool picks up that channel's face and visual style. On Nov 2, 2026, Richard Do posted a demo of the canvas.

He drew a blob labeled "me" and a second shape marked "TEXT: RETIRE AT 30" with a row of boxes and arrows, hit Use Sketch, and the generator returned finished thumbnails of a person beside a whiteboard carrying that line and a step diagram. The pricing page, checked November 2, 2026, says every AI tool is on every plan. Free is $0, with 60 credits a month, no card, and 1 connected channel.

That plan's research view shows 5 outlier results, 5 thumbnail-search results, and the top 3 trending formats. Basic is $19 a month, or $15 a month billed yearly at $180, with 150 credits and up to 3 channels. Pro is $89 a month, or $69 a month billed yearly at $828, starting at 1,000 credits with a slider up to 10,000, unlimited channels, paid seats, and MCP plus API access for Claude and ChatGPT.

Ultra is yearly only at $4,999, which the card calls about $417 a month, starting at 3,500 credits, with group coaching and a private community on top of Pro. One AI thumbnail is listed at 4 credits, one Optimize run of 4 packages at 18, one edited video up to 30 minutes at 50, and one title or idea run at 8. Research tools do not use credits.

The Basic card calls 150 credits about 7 thumbnail generations, or about 2 edited videos. The Pro card calls 1,000 credits about 200 thumbnails, or about 20 edited videos. The homepage FAQ says thumbnails you generate are yours to use commercially, free thumbnails include a small 1of10 watermark, and paid plans remove the watermark.
