Smart grid tiles suggestions

Suggestions require Shopify POS 11.17 or higher, while the admin editor can also recommend removing tiles unused for a year.
The products and discounts staff use most can now guide which tiles appear at checkout in Shopify POS. Tile suggestions draw entirely on the store’s own catalog, orders, and POS activity, and each explains why it is being recommended.
Review and save suggested tiles
In Shopify POS version 11.17 or higher, the Add tile screen may display a Suggestions section. Staff can review a suggestion, tap Add tile to accept it or Not now to dismiss it, then tap Save. Nothing changes on the smart grid until the change is chosen and saved.
Review unused tiles in the admin
Suggestions also appear when editing a smart grid template in the POS editor in Shopify Admin. There, merchants may see suggestions to remove tiles that have not been used in the past year. The POS app only supports reviewing suggestions for tiles to add. The Shopify Help Center details the workflow.
