Run stock counts in POS

Counts run in POS Pro v11.16 or later are reviewed and approved in Admin before inventory changes, with an audit trail of who counted what.
Store staff can now run cycle counts and full stock counts inside Shopify POS, so counting happens on the sales floor while planning and approval stay in Shopify Admin.
The workflow runs in three steps:
- In Admin, users with the required permissions create and schedule a count, pick the location, and choose the products to include. The count then appears under Products > Stock counts in POS at that location.
- In POS, staff with the inventory permission open the count and record what is on hand, either by scanning barcodes or entering quantities manually. A finished count is submitted for review in Admin.
- Submitting from POS does not change inventory quantities. Users with the required permissions review the count and any discrepancies, then approve it to apply the adjustments.
Shopify also records what was counted, when the count was completed and who did it, which gives an audit trail for inventory adjustments.
Stock counts in POS require POS Pro and Shopify POS v11.16 or later.
