Multi-currency payouts now available in Australia and France
Eligible Shopify Payments merchants in Australia can now use 13 payout currencies, and merchants in France can use 18.
Shopify has expanded Multi-Currency Payouts to eligible Shopify Payments merchants in Australia and France, letting them collect sales in more currencies without opening a separate bank account for each one.
- Merchants in Australia can receive payouts in 13 currencies: AUD, NZD, USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, NOK, SEK, DKK, CHF, JPY, SGD and HKD. All 13 can be paid into an Australian bank account, or into an account in the US, New Zealand, the UK, Canada or the eurozone.
- Merchants in France can receive payouts in 18 currencies: EUR, AUD, CAD, CHF, CZK, DKK, GBP, HKD, HUF, JPY, NOK, NZD, PLN, RON, SEK, SGD, USD and ZAR. EUR stays the default payout currency, with the rest paid into additional bank accounts merchants add.
Multi-currency payouts are available to stores on the Advanced and Shopify Plus plans.
