Shopify Managed Markets is dropping delivered duty unpaid (DDU) support on August 24, 2026, in every country and region where it supports delivered duty paid (DDP). Markets that currently use or inherit DDU will move to DDP automatically, so customers there pay duties and taxes at checkout instead of to the carrier or customs on delivery.

Store owners who want customers to keep paying on delivery need to turn off Shopify Managed Markets before August 24, 2026. No action is needed otherwise. Full details are in the Shopify Help Center.
