A new look for the Shopify admin

Shopify's admin gets new colors, type, and navigation, with Sidekick now a floating chat and no setup needed.
Shopify has begun rolling out a redesign of its admin dashboard, with new color, type, spacing, and icons applied across every page inside a new frame. Search, notifications, and the store picker have moved into the side navigation, which can collapse to give pages more room. Sidekick, previously a side panel, is now a floating chat at the bottom of every page.
The new look is rolling out gradually and will arrive in each merchant's admin automatically, with no setup required. More detail is available in Shopify's announcement and its Help Center.
