Improvements Recently used commands now appear at the top of the command palette. The editor suggestions now scroll back to the top on input changes.

Obsidian has released 1.8.3 for desktop as an early access build, with a mix of small workflow improvements and a batch of bug fixes.

Editor suggestions scroll back to the top when the input changes.
Middle-clicking the tab forward/back buttons now opens the file in a new tab.
A "Comment" option has been added to the editor context menu, under the "Format" submenu.
Files with invalid frontmatter now show an error message in Reading mode, and the "Add property" command shows an error instead of removing the invalid frontmatter.

Line renumbering when pasting multi-line list items now works correctly, and pressing Enter in a multi-line list item continues the list properly.
A regression that broke the "Open in new window" command has been fixed.
"Toggle comment" no longer places the cursor in the wrong position, and hover previews no longer appear in the wrong position.
Closing a pop-out window at certain times no longer prevents events like saving the workspace from firing.
The "Toggle backlinks in document" command no longer throws an error.
Notes with folded headings now restore folds correctly even when a heading contains a code block.
Graph view no longer errors when "force" options are set to 0, and page preview in Graph view now works reliably on hover.
Clicking a link in the sidebar without a modifier key now focuses the tab as expected.
In Canvas, double-clicking a node label no longer switches the node into edit mode.
