Obsidian's 1.8.10 desktop update fixes numbered lists that were getting numbered incorrectly, including cases where list items have leading spaces or sit inside neighbouring block quotes. It also fixes choppiness when resizing the app window, a desktop-only issue. Details are in the changelog.
