Obsidian 1.13.5 Mobile (Early access)

Includes all new features and bug fixes up to Obsidian Desktop v1.13.5. New Added swipe-to-close to close tabs in the tab switcher.
Obsidian's mobile early access channel has moved to 1.13.5, matching the features and fixes already in Obsidian Desktop 1.13.5 and adding a handful of mobile-only changes. Tabs in the tab switcher can now be closed with a swipe, and remaining tabs animate into their new position afterward.
- The mobile toolbar settings page now shows an icon next to each command.
- Checkboxes scale proportionally with the font size.
- Settings screens get minor improvements in landscape mode.
- Fixed "Open local graph" and similar commands opening a new tab group on phones, where tab groups aren't supported.
