Obsidian 1.13.0 Mobile (Early access)

Obsidian's 1.13.0 mobile update is in early access and brings the desktop app's 1.13.0 features and fixes to iOS and tablet, along with some mobile-only changes:
- iOS gets a new Share Sheet with configurable Locations, so it can be set to point to different destinations across any vault.
- The Share Sheet can now copy the full content of web pages, and content from other apps such as YouTube and social networks.
- Tabs can be reordered from the tab switcher, and closed with a swipe.
- On tablet, press-and-hold now resizes splits and pinned sidebars.
- Bases gets a new menu item for resizing columns in table views.
The update also fixes "Delete file" not updating the app interface on non-English iOS devices, setting pages scrolling back to the top after changing a value, and the search field sometimes autofocusing when the sidebar opens. For developers, the minimum supported iOS version rises from 14.5 to 15.
