Obsidian 1.12.4 Desktop (Early access)

No longer broken CLI Fixed the CLI not being detected correctly on Windows (introduced in Obsidian 1.12.3).
Obsidian 1.12.4 for desktop, in early access, fixes the CLI on Windows, which had stopped being detected correctly in 1.12.3. Running the CLI from an outdated installer now also shows a warning message.
The release separately fixes a bug that broke opening external links containing an encoded backslash character (%5C).
