Obsidian 1.11.2 Mobile (Early access)
By Steven Van ·
Improvements When navigation is hidden, swiping down from the top of the view triggers the pull down action.
Obsidian's 1.11.2 mobile update, in early access, adjusts how navigation appears: swiping down from the top of a hidden nav bar now triggers pull-to-refresh, and tapping the top brings the navigation back. On iOS, the View Note widget now renders checklists with checkmarks, the sidebar layout has been updated for tablets, and the tab menu and view actions have moved to the top to better match the desktop app.
- Fixed "Default file to open" failing when set to a Markdown file
- Fixed a fade effect at the bottom of custom views in the sidebar
- The sidebar tab switcher no longer shifts the content below it
- Sync: fixed the "Prevent sleep" setting not saving after restarting the app
- iOS: fixed scrolling up abruptly stopping
- iOS: fixed widgets and app shortcuts sometimes failing with a "could not find the date formatting script" error
- Android: double-tap to switch to edit mode no longer interferes with double-tap to select text
