Obsidian's 1.11.1 desktop update adds an option to check for plugin updates automatically. When enabled under Community Plugins, Obsidian checks for updates in the background every three days, or after the app itself updates.
The release also fixes several bugs:
- External links inside text and list properties now open in the browser.
- The "Inter" font is recognized correctly again.
- Border and spacing around embedded Base files are fixed.
- The property editor's layout is fixed for right-to-left languages.
