Notion 3.2: Mobile AI, new models, people directory

Notion 3.2, the first release of the year, brings AI notes and the Notion Agent to mobile, adds a choice of AI models, and introduces a People Directory for workspaces.

• AI notes now work on mobile: one tap starts a transcription that keeps running even if you switch apps or lock the screen, then turns it into a summary, action items and a shareable doc.
• The Notion Agent is now available on mobile with the same capabilities as desktop, including building forms, creating databases and searching the workspace. Tasks can be handed off to run in the background.
• Users can now choose between GPT-5.2, Claude Opus 4.5 and Gemini 3, or let Auto pick a model. Memory carries over when switching models.
• Enterprise admins get AI usage analytics, showing who uses Notion AI most and which features drive engagement, under Settings → Analytics → AI.
• A new People Directory is a pre-built, customizable database of everyone in the workspace, and can be imported from HR systems.
• The Jira integration now syncs development work into Notion alongside custom properties like goals or customer feedback; on Enterprise, key Jira fields can be edited from Notion and synced back.
• Notion Mail now supports multiple email accounts under one Notion account.
• Desktop pages open 27% faster on Windows and 11% faster on Mac.
• Other changes: the Calendar's context panel can now be hidden, emails can be saved directly to Notion pages, in-page find now matches accented characters, automations can trigger a confetti effect, and Enterprise MCP activity can be tracked in audit logs and queried across multiple databases.
