New consent controls for AI Meeting Notes

Workspace owners can now set a workspace-wide policy for AI Meeting Notes audio consent.
Notion has added a workspace-wide policy for AI Meeting Notes audio consent. When workspace owners turn it on, a consent message plays automatically at the start of each transcription to let others know AI Meeting Notes is being used. Admins can enable it anytime from Settings → Notion AI → AI Meeting Notes, under the Enforce consent for all workspace members option.
