Longer-lived Notion MCP access tokens

Notion MCP access tokens now last about eight hours, up from one hour.
Access tokens issued through Notion's MCP server now last about eight hours, up from one hour, according to the changelog. Clients still need to read the token response's expires_in value rather than assuming a fixed lifetime, but the longer window means fewer refreshes and less chance of a dropped connection if a client's own refresh logic fails.
