Fetch saved database views in Notion MCP

Notion MCP's notion-fetch now accepts view:// URLs to read saved view settings.
Notion MCP's notion-fetch tool now accepts view:// URLs, letting it read the settings of a saved database view. The change also updates the tool's response text to refer to "fetch" rather than "view", though the page content it returns is unchanged.
