Clearer per-tool access status

The current_tool_access status previously called limited_free_trial is now available_with_limit.
Notion has renamed a status value developers see when checking whether a tool is still available through its API. The limited_free_trial status is now called available_with_limit, making clear that a tool stays available until the workspace's plan usage limit is reached. Per the changelog entry, this is a naming and description change only: it does not affect tool availability or usage limits.
