Turn any Inbox search into a View in one click

Saving an Inbox Search adds it to the sidebar as a View, and rolling date presets like "Last 30 days" keep it current.
Inbox Search in Intercom now has a Save button next to the sort menu. Clicking it turns the current search filters into a View in the sidebar, named and ready to use. Before this, teammates who ran the same search every day had to rebuild its filters each time, or ask an admin to recreate them as a View.
How the saved View behaves
The View lists the same conversations as the search it came from. Date presets such as "Last 30 days" keep rolling, so the View stays current without any upkeep.
Intercom lists the change as a new Inbox feature. The announcement does not mention plan restrictions or permissions.
