Track data connector health over time
The Health tab now charts HTTP status codes over time next to the latency chart, so a fix can be confirmed instead of guessed at.
The Data Connector health page in Intercom used to show HTTP status codes as a single snapshot, so there was no way to tell when a connector started failing or whether a fix held. Status codes now appear as a chart over time, right alongside the existing latency chart, on whatever time range is already selected.
The chart is stacked by status class: 2xx, 3xx, 4xx, 5xx, and no response, with a summary row above it showing total requests and the overall error rate for the period. It shares a time axis with the latency chart, so spikes in errors can be lined up against changes in response time. It's under Settings > Integrations > Data connectors, on any connector's Health tab.
