Teammate avatars now appear on conversation rows in Intercom's inbox Table view to help avoid duplicate replies.
In the Intercom inbox's Table view, conversation rows now show teammates' avatars, so it's visible at a glance when a colleague is already handling a conversation, helping avoid duplicate replies.
