Import your schedule from a spreadsheet

Workforce Management now takes a CSV of up to 200 events across teammates, activity types and time zones, and syncs them to Google Calendar.
Workforce Management in Intercom now accepts schedules from a spreadsheet. Teams that plan shifts in a spreadsheet previously had to add each activity by hand. According to the Intercom changelog, a single CSV upload can now bring in up to 200 events.
What the import covers
- Up to 200 events per upload
- Any mix of teammates, activity types, and time zones in the same file
