Fin can now query your Snowflake data warehouse
Fin connects to a Snowflake MCP server inside your own account, respecting your existing roles and row-level access policies.
Fin, Intercom's AI agent, can now pull data directly from Snowflake while resolving conversations. The new Snowflake MCP Connector lets Fin reach data like orders, subscriptions, usage, and billing that previously lived out of reach. Connect it from Settings > Data connectors, then choose which tools Fin can use.
The connection runs under a Snowflake role you pick, so existing permissions, masking, and row-level access policies apply automatically. Nothing is copied or synced out of Snowflake.
