Export a saved View exactly as you see it
Exports keep the View's columns, sort order and conversation links, downloading instantly up to 25,000 cells or by email above that.
Intercom now lets teammates export a saved Inbox View to CSV exactly as it appears on screen, instead of rebuilding its filters in a report or copying rows by hand. The export is a point-in-time snapshot of what matches right now, not a report over a date range, and it keeps the same columns and sort order as the View, plus a link back to every conversation for slicing in a spreadsheet, sharing with a team, or acting on directly in Intercom.
Exports up to 25,000 cells download immediately; larger ones arrive by email. Open a saved View in the Inbox and select Export as CSV.
