Intercom's Fin can now connect to Stripe, Shopify and Statuspage via ready-made data connector templates instead of a custom build.
Fin, Intercom's AI agent, can now be connected to outside tools using ready-made templates instead of a custom-built data connector. Intercom has made data connector templates generally available, with ready-to-install options for Stripe, Shopify and Statuspage.
Templates are installed from the data connector catalog in a workspace, then customised. Once set up, a connector can be made available to Fin directly or added to a Procedure, skipping the manual work of configuring the connection's technical details by hand.
