Real estate agents get three video formats, and existing avatar users can retouch their appearance without recording again.
Real estate agents can now make recurring videos with their own avatar, while existing avatar users can retouch their appearance without recording again. Both launches are live, as detailed in HeyGen’s August update.
Video workflows for real estate agents
HeyGen for Real Estate packages three video formats around an agent’s own face and voice:
- Weekly market updates that turn local numbers into videos without filming or editing.
- Listing videos that walk buyers through a property.
- Neighborhood insights that share an agent’s local knowledge in on-brand videos.
Agents in the U.S. can also use HeyGen White Glove: they text what they want, HeyGen produces the video, and the agent approves it before publication.
Retouch an avatar with Edit Look
Edit Look, available in avatar settings, can clear blemishes, even out skin, soften fine lines, enhance makeup, and adjust lighting and exposure. A single slider controls the degree of retouching, from a light touch-up to a full polish.
Changes apply at the avatar level, so every video generated from that avatar inherits the adjustments without a reshoot.
