HeyGen Video 1.0 generates b-roll, product close-ups and cutaways

HeyGen’s new video model covers the rest of the shot beyond avatars, such as product close-ups, b-roll and cutaways, and is live on its platform.
HeyGen launched HeyGen Video 1.0 on October 19, a video model for the parts of a video that aren’t your avatar. HeyGen says it handles the product close-up, the b-roll and the cutaway.
Until now, HeyGen has been known for putting you on camera as a high-quality avatar. Video 1.0 is meant to fill in the shots around that presenter, so a full video can be made in one place. HeyGen says it holds the same standard for quality and speed as its avatars.
The model has its own page on HeyGen’s platform, and HeyGen pointed to a Design Arena post alongside the launch. The announcement does not list pricing or clip length limits.
