EveryApp launches open-source business apps on Cloudflare

By Steven Van ·

Ben's YC F26 project runs open-source business apps in your Cloudflare account, behind one Gateway sign-in and no per-seat price.

Ben launched EveryApp (YC F26) on October 26. The mission is to make every app open source, starting with OpenSEO. The apps sit behind a Gateway in your own Cloudflare account.

Official EveryApp announcement demo.

How it works

One command sets up that Gateway, and the team signs in once to use every app. The announcement says apps have no public address, so every request goes through the Gateway. It holds API keys and secrets, so the apps never see them. The docs add that each app has an address under the Gateway and stays closed until someone has signed in.

Each app is available to an agent through a single EveryApp MCP connection. An agent builds an internal tool, and one deploy puts it behind the team's sign-in.

The first apps

The site lists four apps: OpenSEO, OpenCRM, OpenAnalytics, and OpenMail. OpenSEO is SEO research billed by use, not by the month. The launch post says it has 24k GitHub stars; the repository shows 25,078, and everyapp.com says 25k. OpenCRM is a CRM that fills itself in. OpenAnalytics is cookie-free web analytics on your Cloudflare account. OpenMail is an inbox where an agent drafts replies and you hit send. The thread said OpenSEO was first and OpenCRM and OpenAnalytics are next.

Availability and setup

EveryApp is free, open source, and MIT licensed, and the site calls this release alpha. You pay Cloudflare. Workers Paid is $5 a month, then usage. That $5 covers 10 million requests a month, an idle app costs $0, and one plan can host hundreds of apps. There is no per-seat price. A .com domain is about $10 a year. Setup is npm install -g everyapp, then everyapp setup --domain apps.yourcompany.com, or a prompt in Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor. The docs say the Gateway takes about 15 minutes and the full checklist about 30.
