The fix restores requests for anyone routing Claude Code through a proxy or gateway via ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL.
Claude Code 2.1.276 fixes a bug introduced in 2.1.275 that caused every request to fail with a 400 error when ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL pointed at a proxy or gateway. The error was triggered by an input tag, advisor_20260301, that proxied setups couldn't handle.
