Claude Code 2.1.265
Version 2.1.265 adds telemetry fields for Desktop and Cowork, multi-plugin folder loading, a 1GB tool-result cap, and several bug fixes.
Claude Code 2.1.265 adds telemetry fields, a new plugin-loading option and a handful of fixes.
- Telemetry sent through the Claude Code gateway from Claude Desktop and Cowork now includes user.email and user.groups, matching what terminal sessions already send.
- "--plugin-dir" can now point at a folder containing several plugins: each child folder with a manifest loads, and plugins added or removed while the session is running are picked up automatically.
- Tool results saved to disk are now capped at 1 GB, and the in-conversation preview notes when a saved file has been truncated.
- Fixes cover resuming a foreground-spawned subagent breaking prompt-cache reuse, resuming a session after the previous process died mid-tool-call, "/model opusplan[1m]" being rejected with "Model not found", and syntax highlighting dropping a character after a Ruby "?", Erlang "$", or Perl "$" sigil.
Full details are in the changelog.
