Claude Code 2.1.237 fixes prompt caching for sessions that go through an LLM gateway or a custom base URL, and adds a new output style.
- Prompt caching now works correctly for sessions using an LLM gateway or custom base URL.
- A built-in Concise output style leads with results and skips preamble and narration, while doing the work just as thoroughly. It can be selected under Output style in /config.
