🗓️ ChatGPT releases “Meetings" Plugin
ChatGPT now has a “Meetings” plugin that listens to your calls and writes up a personalized summary with action items. It can then do the follow-up work for you.
No bot joins your meetings, so clients won’t see an extra “notetaker” tile.
Note: Meetings is in beta in the ChatGPT desktop app for Mac only, on Pro and Business plans. It’s not on Free or Plus. OpenAI is testing Enterprise access with a small group of customers, and iOS, Android, and Windows are “coming soon.”
How it works:
Install it from Plugins in the Mac app. Then allow access to your microphone and your computer’s audio, which is how it hears both you and the other people on the call.
Hit “Take notes” when the meeting starts. You can add your own notes on the same page if you want.
Get a smart recap. ChatGPT writes the summary from the transcript, your notes and info from apps you’ve connected. It also suggests next steps, like drafting a follow-up email or updating a project plan, and each one starts with one click.
Use it in person too. It works for a coffee chat or a client walk-through, not just video calls.
Sync your calendar (optional). Connect Google or Outlook Calendar to get reminders. It can also spot when you’re in a call and offer to take notes.
This puts ChatGPT head-to-head with notetakers like Granola and Otter. If you already pay for ChatGPT Pro or Business and work on a Mac, you may be able to drop a separate subscription.

🎮 Unity releases “Unity Spark”
Unity just announced “Unity Spark,” a way to make real 3D games in your browser by describing them. You don’t need any coding or game-making experience.
Unity is the game engine behind a huge share of the world’s games. Its CEO says about 3 billion people play a Unity-made game every month, but almost none of them have ever made one. Until now, making one meant learning professional software.
Note: Unity Spark isn’t open yet. A closed beta starts later in 2026, and you can join the waitlist now. Unity hasn’t published pricing or which countries the beta will cover.
What it does:
Prompt it. Describe your game idea and Spark builds a playable first version.
Perfect it. Fine-tune the game in a real (but simplified) editor in your browser, with AI help along the way.
Use real art. Spark plugs into the Unity Asset Store, so you build with thousands of artist-made characters, worlds, and props instead of generic AI art.
Make it together. Invite others to build the same game with you in real time.
Publish it. Games go straight to Google’s new Playground platform, where anyone can play them on a phone or laptop.
Spark will run on credits, with both free and paid options planned.

🎉 Gamma releases "Gamma 5"
Gamma just shipped “Gamma 5,” a complete rebuild of its AI tool for presentations, docs, websites, and social posts.
The goal is to kill the "AI smell" (those same generic layouts and stock-looking images you can spot from a mile away).
Note: Gamma 5 is live now for all users on the web, and it's in Gamma's iOS app too. Free accounts get 400 one-time AI credits (they don't refill).
What's new:
An AI agent that talks it through with you. Instead of one prompt and done, Gamma now asks questions, helps shape your story, and remembers your goals as you keep editing.
A new editor that gives you control. Jump between letting the AI edit and a freeform canvas where you can move, arrange, and tweak any element by hand.
Way more visual styles. From bold and playful to dark and moody or mid-century modern, so your work stops looking like a template.
Bring your old files. Import PowerPoint decks, PDFs, and even complex infographics, keep their design, edit any piece, and export again.
Connectors. Turn a Slack conversation into a presentation, or pull call notes from Granola into a client pitch.
