Bending Spoons agrees to acquire Miro

Miro signed an agreement to be acquired by Bending Spoons at a $1.355 billion enterprise value, or approximately $1.79 billion including net cash. Closing is expected in Q4 2026, subject to approvals. The companies will continue operating independently until the transaction closes.
