What is Inboxapp?

Inboxapp is a shared inbox and CRM for direct messages, made by INBOX TECH INC. The site is https://inboxapp.com. Kevin Picchi, who describes himself as founder of Inboxapp, posted the LinkedIn MCP launch on October 27, 2026.

The product X account in his bio is @inboxapp_. Docs say X, including XChat, and LinkedIn are supported today. Gmail, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage are listed as coming between the end of 2026 and Q1 2027.

You sign in to X or LinkedIn in Chrome once to link an account. After that, Inboxapp runs in the cloud, and the browser does not have to stay open. The Chrome extension is only for linking.

Messages send from your own account. The inbox can filter by unread, no reply, status, tags, assignee, or platform. A contact panel holds status, tags, assignee, valuation, and notes.

LinkedIn messages, reactions, and files sync, and read and archive sync both ways. The same person on X and LinkedIn can be merged into one contact. The MCP server is https://mcp.inboxapp.com/mcp.

Docs name Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, and Cursor, and say any remote MCP client can use the URL. Sign-in is in the browser, or an API token when the client cannot open one. Inboxapp asks the assistant to confirm before a send or a delete.

LinkedIn is on API v2. API v1 supports X only. Replying in an existing conversation works on every plan.

Sending the first message to a new contact needs the Advanced API add-on. The published support address is support@inboxapp.com.

Pricing: Basic is $35 a month on the pricing page, with a 7-day trial for a new workspace. The annual toggle is labeled 40% off. The static page does not print a second dollar amount. Basic is 1 seat, 1 linked account per platform, unlimited tags, 5 statuses, 1 pipeline, the public API, MCP, and webhooks. Pro is custom pricing, with lead generation, automations, unlimited linked accounts, team collaboration, custom integrations, unlimited pipelines, and up to 10 seats on the pricing page.
