Higgsfield Raises $400M at a $5.4B Valuation

Higgsfield raised a $400 million Series B led by DST Global, with Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Valor Capital, and Tribe Capital participating, quadrupling its valuation in eight months from $1.3 billion to $5.4 billion. The company reports $700 million in annualised revenue, 30 million users across 200 countries, and work with 390 Fortune 500 companies. The money goes to hiring, product, and the compute that video generation demands.
