Superwhisper 3.0 for iOS is available with a redesigned keyboard and swipe typing.

The announcement also highlights Liquid Glass and switching modes while speaking. The App Store release note adds more resilient recording and iPhone Duo optimizations; iPhone Duo compatibility was already included in version 2.26.1.

Superwhisper has added a floating dictation control on Android. You can drag it, dock it, and tap to start recording. Stop the recording to insert the text where you're typing.

It needs permission to appear over other apps, insert text, and use your microphone. The Android app supports phones only.

Superwhisper can now record FaceTime calls, with automatic detection in Meetings. Its macOS interface is also available in Japanese.

The Modes tab is now called Transcribe. The update also fixes memory growth during long meetings and separates history retention from meetings.

SuperWhisper says version 3.0.2 makes Cohere Transcribe faster and improves its handling of long recordings.

The update also adds a Grok Bot meetings agent and recognizes meeting links inside calendar redirects. New modes default to S1-Voice when cloud models are allowed.

Fixes include a voice detection crash on Intel Macs, a History text-layout crash, and more reliable text cleanup with local LLMs.

SuperWhisper has a new Meetings tab for recording, transcribing, and summarizing meetings.

It identifies speakers as they talk, so the transcript shows who said what. You can get notifications when meetings start and use cloud or local models for transcription and summaries. Meetings stay separate from your dictation history.
