About Deslove

Deslove is a web platform and community for designers and creative people that combines portfolios, short posts, a design journal, a resource catalogue and its own vector editor, Aura. It is aimed at graphic, brand and UI/UX designers, people learning design, and teams looking for designers whose work fits their projects. The site is available in English and Ukrainian.

Members can publish works of up to 35 images per publication, post short Thoughts, follow other designers, like and comment on work, and send private messages. Works can receive Deslove curator awards, and achievements from other platforms such as Behance can be submitted for review and shown as verified awards alongside a member's projects. The Deslove Journal publishes articles on logos, identity and visual culture, while the Resources section catalogues fonts, mockups, icons, colours, templates and tools, links to the original source, and can be filtered by Free, Free + paid and Paid.

Resources can be saved and organised into collections. Aura is a vector editor for logos, icons, SVG files and other graphics that runs in the browser and as a Windows app from the Microsoft Store. It includes pen and Bézier tools, layers, masks, gradients, multiple artboards, a Shape Lab with 141 ready-made compositions, 450 SIL OFL font families and 500 colour palettes.

It opens SVG, AI, EPS, PDF, CDR and FIG files, with compatibility depending on the source file, and exports SVG, PDF, EPS, PNG, JPEG and WebP. Creating an account is free, and Aura is free on the web and on Windows. Without an account, visitors can view up to 20 feed publications and browse profiles; an account is needed to use the full feed, publish, save resources, and open, save or export files in the web version of Aura.

The Windows edition needs a free account only for its first activation. Deslove's rules describe Google AdSense advertising on the site, and no paid plans are listed.
